Help replace boiler in beloved community space

My name is Melissa. My husband Tim and I have been looking at this view for over 20 years. The former North Presbyterian Church moved out of this building after 166 years in 2021 and a cardiologist with a vision bought it and moved in. Yes, she lives on the site now and has been working diligently to keep the space open for the community (events and the farmer's market for example) while building a health center to improve access to fresh produce by growing it onsite on a rooftop garden, and providing health literacy classes and individual counseling. She calls this dream the Heart of Northside. This amazing woman is Florence Rothenberg and I'm glad to call her neighbor. Here's the thing... her 27-year-old boiler died. It's old and massive and she's been told it will cost $27,000 to replace. Florence doesn't have that kind of money (who does?), so I thought perhaps we could all pitch in to keep her dream of serving Northside on track (to say nothing of keeping her warm while it's still very much winter). Thanks for you consideration and viva la Northside!
