Help Start BERADU’s Employee Relief Fund & Get Back Open!
Donation protected
Help us provide fresh food to the community and start a BERADU Employee Relief Fund. Saturday Sept 28th, the day after Tropical Storm Helene ravaged WNC, we opened our doors, sold everything at cost and took IOU’s for hundreds of customers. Even with donating and giving away thousands of dollars worth of food, we lost cases and cases of perishables due to lack of power. We are hoping to reopen once again and start helping our community with fresh groceries & hot meals. We also have various employees all over the Swannanoa Valley that need help through these desperate times as well. If you have the means, please consider helping us take steps toward getting our small part of the world back to normal.
We (Patrick & Maggie Beraduce) are raising these funds to be able to cover reopening costs and pay our employees as much as we can during this time of need. These funds will be spent on restoring our business to operating condition, restocking our shelves with necessary items for our community, and preparing food to be able to serve hot meals as we once did.
Thank you all!
