San Diego Ceramics Studio, isiko, Flood Damage
Donation protected
Monday, January 22 my beloved studio, which has been my creative haven for the past couple of years was damaged due to flooding.
The damage incurred has left me with the loss of not only my personal creations but also the space where I've poured my passion into teaching others the art of ceramics.
This studio has been more than just a workspace; it has been a hub of artistic expression and a place where I've had the privilege of sharing my love for ceramics with the community.
Unfortunately, the flood has taken a toll on both the physical space and a way for me to support my livlihood.
In these challenging times, I am reaching out to you with a humble request for support. Your generosity can help me rebuild and recover from this unexpected setback. Donations will go towards covering the costs of the damages incurred and as a supplemental income until I can figure out what my next move is.
Your support means the world to me, and I am truly grateful for any contribution, no matter how big or small. Together, we can overcome this hurdle and bring the joy of ceramics back to our community. Thank you for being a part of my artistic journey, and I look forward to creating and sharing beautiful pieces with you once again.
UPDATE: I raised the goal. I now have to remove everyone out of the studio including shelving. Everything. Walls and floors are all gonna need to be redone and could potentially take 6 months.
