Help Restore Liesl Rickerson Steiner & Wayne Davis’ Home

Hello, I'm Steffeny Feld and I'm organizing this page on behalf of my mom, Liesl Rickerson Steiner & her partner, Wayne Davis. My mom and Wayne have a beautiful home in Western North Carolina. Tragically, their house and vehicles were damaged significantly during Hurricane Helene, which caused a major landslide in their neighborhood. Thankfully they are safe, but the loss is tremendous.

While FEMA is involved, the damage is not covered by homeowner's insurance and the cost of repairs could be more than $100K. Any help you can offer is deeply appreciated. All money received will be used for repairs to the house, which at this point is not inhabitable.
