Help Restore Tools for a Hardworking Hero

Hello everyone. I am Genifer. My amazing son has been on storm help, away from his girls, and needs some help. He was sent to a location that was close to me, so he surprised me and stayed one night with me (not even a day) before returning to find out where he would be sent next. He had to bring equipment back that he did not bring down, so he had to make many trips to the gas station on the way home. Unfortunately, someone decided that they needed to help themselves to his tools and personal items he had strapped to the flatbed. I saw him strap it down tight when he left here, so someone had to undo it to take it off. He had a huge work truck with a flatbed, so he has to park out in the lot when stopping for gas, food, or just to use the bathroom. So sad that people can be so dishonest. He had thousands of dollars in his own personal tools in the box. He also had his clothes (work and personal), chargers, batteries, headphones, etc., in the case. He has been working to help others as well as working so he can feed his girls (girlfriend and my granddaughter). If he stays doing storm work, then he is guaranteed a paycheck from his employer. Sadly, sometimes they get their hours cut like everywhere. With the storm work it would help because his employer will make sure he gets paid. And since he is such a hard worker he just keeps going wherever he is needed. I am so amazed by the man he has become at such a young age.

My son is a very proud man and would never ask for help (he may be very upset with me for doing this), and if I had the money to pay to get it all to him, I would, but sadly I do not. With the cost of living like it is, our incomes not going up, and life in general, I do not have the money to help him with all of that. So I am asking for anyone that can please help get him back the equipment he needs to continue to do his work. He is an extremely hard-working man. Home not even 12 hours to see his own family and sent out yet again to help others for Lord only knows how long. He has been told could be days, weeks or even months. In fact, he got home late last night and is being sent out again (without his own gear) this morning. He said, "I have a little backpack to throw some clothes in." :( I just want to try to get him back the things he needs to continue what he has been doing to the level he has been doing it. He brings his own tools because you never know what you may need and the employer can only supply what he has extra. It makes no sense to have to go buy more things on the road if you have it and can bring it. Unfortunately, others take advantage and help themselves to things that they did not purchase themselves.

I will appreciate any help you can give to help him to keep helping others.
