OFFICER NEEDS HELP

Retired LAPD officer needs help. Jose Salcedo has been battling life threatening illnesses which have put him in financial crisis. (congestive heart failure, Fibrosis in the lungs and a septic infection). His illnesses have bedridden him and currently require him to use a walker to get around.

His medical issues the past three years, as the accompanying medical bills, have caused him to suffer substantial loss of income and placed him in financial crisis.
