HELP REUNITE ME WITH MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS!

Hi, and thank you for coming here to read this thing. i really appreciate that a lot.

Please know that i genuinely hate that I have to take to the internet to ask for financial help, but I am now at a crossroad where I feel like I don’t have a choice, cause there’s literally no other option left for me to try.

I’ll try to keep a long story short:

Almost a year ago I went through a breakup which kind of turned my world upside down for a moment.

I had to leave the place I had called home for 5 years, and a whole life behind.

The day after our breakup I packed a big suitcase and went to my family who lives in another city (3h train ride away), because I was in need of their love and support at this time.

While I had stayed with my family for a week, I realized that I had no place to go back to - cause of course neither of us wanted to stay in the same house together, and my ex was already there.

So i started looking for a new place to rent in Stockholm, unfortunately without any luck.

A couple of months went by and I decided to travel to Stockholm to pack all my shit in the apartment and take everything to a friends place in Sthlm, where it could all stay as I continued to search for an apartment.

Fast forward a month or so and I was still trying to figure out my living situation, and then all of the sudden I was offered an apartment - only ”downside” being that it was not in Stockholm, but in Gothenburg where my family lives. Considering I was per say homeless at the time I felt like I couldn’t decline the offer despite of it being in another city, and being the spiritual individual that I am I also felt like I was definitely handed this apartment for a reason - and so I waited another 3 months to get access to the apartment, and I was able to move in during July. Which I was of course very excited about, and it felt amazing finally getting a fresh start.

SO HERE'S THE THING:

It has almost been a whole year and all my personal belongings, along with instruments, music gear, clothes, shoes, basically everything I have own and held dear for at least the last 8 years, are still in Stockholm.

i don't mean to make this into a complete sob story, but It's something that has been incredibly hard for me as an autistic individual because of the way I hold comfort and safety in the things I have around me. So it would mean a lot to me to be able to get everything here.

I have looked at every other option there is trying to get my things here, and I’ve been offered help, but all options requires help from a certain individual that does not want to take more part in this situation. So this is the only option I have left to try and get my things here.

Last week I got info that my things needs to go asap, which of course makes me super stressed, because I feel extremely helpless in the situation I am in right now, and i need to figure out a way to get my things from one place to another. One city to another. NOW.

So i decided to contact a moving company and they sent me the cost of driving all my stuff from Stockholm to Gothenburg (a 5-6 hour drive) which is something I definitely cannot afford on my own at this time.

Cost includes 2 workers and their hourly rate for loading the truck on and off, the cost for the hours it takes to drive, and the cost for the actual vehicle + gas)

So this is a fundraiser for said trip, to reunite me with my things.

i am painfully aware that this is a big number, and i can assure you i am expecting it to take a long time for me to get there, but at least NOW i can say that i've tried everything to sort this out.
