Help Revive Historic Field Pieces at the TMFM

The Texas Military Forces Museum needs your help. Through a generous donation, we have added a 37mm towed field piece, a 57mm towed field piece and a 1/4-ton trailer to our collection. BUT THEY NEED WORK! We have already started the cleaning process, but we need $5,000 for replacement parts and supplies to bring these pieces back to their former glory.

Every dollar helps, so please consider any size donation if you would like to see these pieces featured in our future living history events.

During WWII, the US Army used three towed ant-tank cannon; the 37mm, the 57mm, and the 3-inch. We have had a beautifully restored 3-inch in our collection for some time. We now have the opportunity to display all three, side-by-side, in a rare and unique tribute to the US Tank Destroyer Forces.

As an added incentive, the top three contributors will get to fire a (blank) round from the 37mm at a future living history event!
