Help Rhan Baldago Recover After a Life-Changing Accident

Hello, we are Kriz and Jana, close friends of Rhan Baldago. Along with some of Rhan’s other friends, we are starting this campaign because we want to help her through an incredibly difficult time. Rhan is one of the most cheerful, hardworking, and compassionate people you’ll ever meet. Recently, she was struck by an SUV in Rutland while crossing the pedestrian crosswalk, resulting in 9 broken ribs, stitches on her face, and several broken and lost teeth due to the impact. She is now unable to work for the foreseeable future.

Rhan is an international student and is living alone in Kelowna, far from her family and main support system. Known as the “happy pill” to those around her, she’s always been the one to lift others up with her infectious smile and kind spirit. Now, she finds herself in a position where she needs our support more than ever before.

While ICBC will cover some recovery expenses, it’s not enough to pay for her rent, bills, and other living costs. Without an income, she’s struggling to stay afloat.

Your support will help Rhan:

    •    Cover other essential expenses not provided by ICBC.

    •    Ease the financial stress so she can focus on getting better.
