We are Richard and Beloved Ailsworth, now, an elderly couple who have been alone in the world, only depending on each other, for 38 years. But now we can't anymore, because of pressing health issues, insufficient income, and mounting debt. I'm 79, blind, and retired in 2023, from 45 years with the same employer, because of my blindness. They offered no severance pay. I only have 60% use of my kidneys, gout flare-ups, and high blood pressure, which I manage, but my wife has the worst of it. She was diagnosed with advanced endometrial carcinoma on September 19, 2024, that has metastasized. (MRI Diagnostic results in attachment)
She has an 18% survival rate.

My name is Beloved, Richard's wife, and I have a burning desire to write a couple of books. One book will be titled, "Hurt People Hurt People." It will deal with the secretive subject matter of "incest," that most families keep hidden for years, and by doing so, further traumatize and damage their victims. I need a rhetorical professional to help me polish it up, for literary consumption, in an ebook, for mass distribution. Maybe others will come forth and tell their secrets, after reading the guilty, shameful, and traumatic early years in my family, to expose the enemy of all families, and unmask the snake-like demon that preys on the innocent: incest.

Just as incest's corruption diseased and cut short my childhood years, cancer has placed a literal time clock on my life. Will someone come forth and assist me in this task, before my clock stops?
But while we remain on earth, there is also the pressing matter of our daily needs, that is an obstacle we can't overcome alone.
Our combined monthly income is $1,900.00. After we pay our rent, there is not enough left for the light bill, Uber, phone bill (our lifeline to doctors, 911, checking account, etc.), food, soap, etc. Since my husband retired, we have been living off of his excellent credit he accumulated throughout the years. We have always lived frugal and modest lifestyles, but the thirty years of trying to pay off our debts have grown to $50,000. credit card and lines of credit debt, combined along with oncoming medical bills. We can't afford the medical attention I need, so I'm considering staying at home from the doctors and wasting away. My neighbors are jealous of me because I'm dropping weight so quickly, but they have no idea of my condition. I have no recourse but to reach out and ask for help. We have our backs against the wall, because we lack the means to pay our essential bills. The new treatments to combat cancer are not free. We're asking for $20,000. to get us through the next couple of months, which I hope won't be my last. I'm slowing down, because the cancer is very aggressive, and the funds may have to be used to bury me. Just a donation of $20. could make a world of difference in our lives. I could pay for the latest cancer treatments for women, and buy cancer-fighting herbs; pay on credit card, that allows us to travel by Uber;
( Richard is blind and I'm too weak to guide him, while traveling on public transit) pay for our prescriptions; buy a new white cane for Richard; buy hygiene products; buy organic food. We know FATHER GOD will bless you back in a way that you really need it, if you show Richard and I compassion. Will you consider mentioning our plight in your prayers tonight, to our Father God, and ask Him if He would want you to help us, financially, and or rhetorically? May Father God Bless You and Your Family, in Christ Jesus's Name. Amen.

Thank You, for this moment of your time.

IMPRESSION:

Aggressive appearing pelvic mass, likely arising from the uterus with distant metastasis. Findings suggestive of advanced endometrial carcinoma or carcinosarcoma.

I have personally reviewed the images and agree with and/or edited the report.
Narrative
INDICATION: History of abdominal pain, constipation, postmenopausal vaginal bleeding for two years with a large pelvic and distal vaginal mass on examination as well as elevated tumor markers.

TECHNIQUE: The following sequences were obtained with a 1.5 Tesla magnet: Axial, sagittal and coronal fast spin echo non-fat suppressed T2 weighted sequences, axial diffusion, axial in and out of phase and with fat suppression. A dynamic sagittal contrast enhanced VIBE sequence was obtained at multiple phases followed by postcontrast fat-suppressed axial T1 weighted image.

CONTRAST: GADOBUTROL 1 MMOL/ML IV SOLN 8.8 mL Intravenous;

COMPARISON: CT the abdomen and pelvis with contrast dated 8/15/2024

FINDINGS:

Enlarged, bulky uterus, measuring up to 10.3 x 10.9 x 12.0 cm with an irregular contour. A heterogeneously hypoenhancing ill-defined mass involves nearly the entirety of the uterus, with extension from the cervical stroma to the fundus. There is direct nodular extension beyond the expected fundal serosal contour. Additionally, there is abnormal tumor extension into the right adnexa. The entire mass demonstrates restricted diffusion. There is relative preservation of the cervical stroma.

There is bilateral pathologic lymphadenopathy involving the pelvic sidewall and retroperitoneum, only partially imaged on this study, for example a 3 cm right retroperitoneal lymph node (series 28, image 10).

Multiple similar-appearing/enhancing soft tissue deposits are located in the vaginal introitus, left perineum, and left ischioanal fossa.

There is mass effect upon the bladder with abutment to the dome of the bladder, but without definite bladder invasion.

No suspicious bony lesions.
