Help Richard & Aude Morse with Medical & Visa Costs

Tom & Debbie Morse are missionaries in Thailand serving with North Burma Christian Mission. Their son, Richard Morse, and his wife, Aude, just had their first child, Lila Michelle Morse. Aude had to have an unexpected c-section and then Lila has had lots of complications after birth... low oxygen, low glucose, fluid on her lungs and the most life threatening was the high red blood cells that called for a medical procedure of taking blood through the umbilical cord and injecting a diluting solution to bring the red blood cell count down. This required Lila to be in the ICU for almost 4 days.

In the past year or so, Richard and Aude have had multiple unexpected events happen that they are still in debt for. Aude had to have an emergency surgery to save the life of Lila when Aude was 14 weeks pregnant. Richard had to have an emergency appendectomy. They had very high costs for a spousal visa and multiple times had to leave the country and get visa extensions while waiting on paperwork. The engine of their car went out and had to be completely replaced making for another major expense.

This family could really use some help to get over a huge hump and get back on their feet. The last hospital bill was put on a Visa card and will be due May 24.

Spousal Visa- $2,600

Visa Runs- $2,900

Car Engine- $1,250

C-Section- $2,100

Baby ICU & Procedures- $2,400

Total- $18,450
