Help Riggins Recover from Severe Injuries

This is Riggins. He was hit by a car on Wednesday afternoon. He has a hip displacement, and severely fractured leg. Between surgery and care, the cost is $14,000. If we could get help with half, or anything, we would be eternally grateful.
