Help Robbie get a Triride wheelchair

Hello, my names Kerri and I’m looking to raise some money for my husband Robbie. As many people may know, my husband suffers from a condition called Friedrich’s ataxia. This is a progressive condition which causes many symptoms including, scoliosis, hearing problems, speech problems , heart problems and the list goes on. When Robbie was 18 he got spinal fusion surgery due to severe scoliosis and ever since he has been completely wheelchair bound. Robbie is a wonderful, happy & caring person who would do anything for anyone. In October 2023 while out with our dog Minnie robbie suffered a very serious fall due to his electric wheelchair going off the path and down a ditch. Robbie broke his collar bone and this has caused him a major set back. Robbie wants to be as independent as possible and has been looking into for the last 6 months something called a triride. This attaches to the front of Robbie’s manual wheelchair and is so safe as he can drive it with 2 hands. This means he can take himself to the shops, take our dog out, go meet friends and be independent without any risk. Robbie gets so embarrassed asking anyone for anything so this is a massive thing for him. Our wonderful sister-in-law Louise has already raised £420 towards this and we appreciate her so much.
