Help Robert Receive Red Light Therapy

Just a brief overview for those who may not know. My dad was diagnosed with PSP (Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy) in 2018. This is a neurodegenerative condition that is terminal. Over the last couple of years we have visited several specialists to see if there were any trials or programs he could enroll in to provide him with a better quality of life. Unfortunately, there are none. This is a super rare condition and is not studied widely like some of the other neurodegenerative conditions.
I am in a support group for family members of loved ones with PSP. Just recently I came across a young lady who's mother is using Red Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) in conjunction with various supplements and is seeing some great results regarding the quality of life for her mother. Unfortunately, these devices are NOT FDA approved, which means insurance will not deal with them or Dr's will not recommend. They have been using these devices in studies with Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson's (in the same family as PSP), and Alzheimers. They have seen some significant results with those three. The lady whom I came across, her mother is actually seeing good results with the therapy as well.
Obviously, we are aware that this may not work for my dad. BUT we really would love to be able to try it to attempt to give him a better quality of life. He loves doing outside activities and even those are becoming increasingly difficult with his condition. If this could help with his memory and tremors it would be a night and day difference for his everyday functioning.

We are working to raise money to help us be able tp purchase the device as it's extremely costly. My dad has zero income and insurance does not cover it.
