Help Robin See His Boyfriend!

Hi! I'm Robin and I'm 26! I'm recently unemployed and I'm trying to visit my boyfriend in the states, (I live in the UK) though my pet dog Asia has had some medical complications recently which has dipped heavily into the savings I had for my trip. Please help me in feeling secure enough to visit my partner and keep my dog happy and healthy.
