Dear Family and Friends,
We need you! Many people have someone affected by the Camp Fire, in Paradise, California. And we are no exception. ROBIN SOMERS, (our lifelong friend, and Drake Pirate alumni ‘84), and her husband, Manny, have lost EVERYTHING (their home; ALL belongings: clothes, personal items, family heirlooms, furniture, and even several of their fur/feathered family members) in the devastating Camp Fire.
Robin’s passion and kind nature for ALWAYS helping anyone in need, now finds her on the “needing” side of the picture. Filled with pride and resilience, this loss is just too overwhelming for Robin and Manny to bounce back from by themselves. Thusly, they have humbly given us their blessing to reach out to our social media family and friends, so that we may collectively rise up and help get Robin and Manny the much-needed support and love they require to get back on their feet.
Immediate need is for financial assistance. This catastrophic situation is a marathon, not a sprint, to recover from. It will definitely take quite a while. The unexpected costs for ongoing lodging, added monthly bills, food from having to eat out, replacement items, and simply their “new” daily survival situation, will add up quickly.
Please help us support Robin and Manny through their healing process, by assisting in taking the financial burden off of them for the next several months. No amount is too big, or too small, to help!
