Help rocko Choco

Hi my name is rocko my mammy calls me rocko choco she can be silly sometimes we’ll am 8 years old I got two human brothers and one sister and my best friend is my pug brother yogi bear I love him my mam calls me her protected silly human she is I love being with mammy she gives me loads of cuddles and kisses well that’s all the nice parts about me now for not so nice

I been feeling a little under the weather lately when my dad found a lump in my groin so mammy took me to the vets and they checked me all over they told mammy I have a 4/5 grade heart murmur which mammy got medication for but that wasn’t the worse news my mammy received today the lump in my groin is a tumor which I need scans and blood test to make sure it haven’t spread to other parts of my organs which is going to cost £550 and another 500 for my operation I want to make my families Xmas special and stay with them please any little helps
