Help Roger and Christian Overcome Crisis

Hello, My name is Holly Broussard. I am fundraising for Roger Sims and his girlfriend, my sister Christian Cowan. On Sunday, April 14th, around 6:30 pm my sister's boyfriend was involved in a major auto/pedestrian hit-and-run accident while taking out the garbage and my sister witnessed the whole accident. He suffered several injuries. His jaw is broken in two places, his leg is broken, and he has several fractured vertebrae. He will be in the hospital for quite a while for surgery recovery and physical therapy. Therefore he will not be able to work and they can no longer keep their apartment as it was upstairs. He has since had two surgeries. One putting a rod and screws in the femur of his leg and another wiring his jaw shut for 8 weeks. He has a long road of recovery ahead of him. These funds will be used to support them with food and expenses during these times of hardship and help them be able to get their stuff moved and in storage till they can find a place that is not upstairs. If you find it in your heart to help these young adults during such a difficult time they and their families will greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much for taking the time to read their story.
