Help for Roger's funeral services & for his family

Hello friends and family. In case you don't know who I am, my name is Adam. I'm Roger's best friend. It is with a heavy, heavy heart that I'm typing this right now. Roger has suddenly and tragically ascended to a better place. I would like to apologize to anyone who is reading this and finding this heartbreaking news in this manner. Due to the suddenness of this, it has been difficult to spread this news appropriately. With that being said, Roger was in a motorcycle accident on 9/7/21. He was flown to RWJ in New Brunswick where he fought for his life for a period of time. Around 8:40 AM on 9/8/21, he ascended peacefully, surrounded by loved ones.
Roger lived a very full life despite it only being 39 years. He was frequently known for telling others that if he were to die today he would be just fine with that. He would tell you that he's done everything that God has sent him to do. Unfortunately, just because he was ready to leave us that doesn't mean that the family is prepared financially for his departure. So it is with much humility that I ask, on the families behalf, that anyone who can help does. Any amount will help. Details on the service will be confirmed and released in one or two days. Roger's family is a MAJOR advocate of his sobriety, and very well aware of his involvement in his 12 step fellowship. I'm personally pleading to any friends of Bill who are reading this, let the family finally see the size and the power of the fellowship. The family is eternally grateful for anything that anyone can contribute. When the amount for the service is met the excess with go to Roger's two young boys and his family to help them in the troubled times to come.
