Rome is a a community activist and citizen journalist. He has clothed and feed thousands of houseless people across the country with his outreach and activism. Rome suffers from manic highs and lows. He has episodes and can say alarming things when he is in one of his psychoses. He had a medical emergency and after that, he was brought up on serious charges. Rome is now in desperate need of legal help. He is facing 20 years. The least expensive attorney I could find wants a $6,500 retainer. We've already raised $1,200 now we only need $5,300.
