Help Ron Mason

Hi, my name is Amber and I’m trying to raise money for my father, Ron Mason. Ron is a 52 year old man who has worked hard his entire life. Ron has 5 children, 19 grandchildren(one of which was just born on January 29)and a great grandbaby on the way. All of us but Ron live in Illinois. Ron lives in Indiana. Ron had a fall on December 28th that got him sent to the emergency room. Ron had a brain bleed and also got put on a ventilator. Ron was on that ventilator for 3 weeks before getting off of it and out of that ICU. He got out of the hospital on January 30th. Ron is fully dependent, non weight bearing. This means that Ron cannot walk, he cannot take care of himself. He needs help with all activities to live. We are doing everything we can but between our jobs, our kids, and our lives here in Illinois, it has been a struggle for us to be able to take care of our father. He is an amazing man, an amazing dad and we would do anything for him. We can not however, just leave our jobs and our children to help him. Ron doesn’t have medical insurance and we have applied but it has not been working in our favor. We have tried everything we can to get my dad some help at home and pay his bills and medical bills. We can’t do this alone and we need help. Since we cannot leave dad alone we have to help him. I am asking for your kindness and for your help. We would really appreciate your help with donations for expenses. Medical bills, travel costs, and the necessities we need to properly care for him. We are doing the best we can but with the way it’s been since Covid-19 hit, we understand everyone is struggling. Even a dollar helps and that dollar does add up. Please help us.
