Help Ronny Nguyen's medical expenses

As a small family owned business, our customers mean everything to us. We opened on Dec 9, 2020 during a time of great uncertainty. We navigated the highs and lows of COVID with the rest of NYC and our community. We know that the uncertainty continues as we brace ourselves for the latest variant.
Along with the COVID crisis, our family is handling another crisis. Chef and owner, Ronny Nguyen was hospitalized for 11 days, fighting a liver infection which also spread to his bloodstream. He was admitted to Staten Island University Hospital on Christmas Eve. He had a team of doctors working round the clock and they were able to perform multiple procedures starting on Dec. 27th to help clear the infected fluid that had built up in his liver. He was in a stable enough condition to be discharged Jan. 4th, but he’ll have to stay on IV infusion antibiotics and have the rest of the fluid continually drained while being closely monitored for weeks following his discharge.
As a family, we put everything into opening the family business last year. With the monumental medical bills piling up, any contributions would be helpful.
We’re incredibly grateful for the support and well wishes from our family so far. We can’t wait for Ronny (dad) to fully recover and get back on his feet to go back to doing what he loves. Thank you for your help with getting us there.
