Help Roosters with Wyld Hearts Get a New Coop

We are Rooster Rescue & Rehoming North Queensland. We are raising funds for Wyld Hearts Sanctuary, to help them to build a large weather friendly coop for their rooster flock.

Wyld Hearts is a huge asset to the Townsville region, taking in and providing care for roosters who find themselves in risky situations through no fault of their own. There are a large number of roosters abandoned across Townsville each year - in city parks, out in the bush, at town dumps. Wyld Hearts has helped a lot of roosters find safety, and currently has a bachelor flock of about 40 handsome boys.

These funds will help Wyld Hearts to build the Sydney Opera House of the chicken coop world. This coop will allow Wyld Hearts to move their roosters during the wet season, to keep them high and dry and with space to relax.
