Help Rosie the kitten
Tax deductible
My name is Rosie and I was found by a Good Samaritan running around the parking lot at the Dallas International School. The Good Samaritan noticed I had an injured leg so she decided she wasn’t leaving without me and spent 20 minutes tracking me down in the bushes to catch me so I could get medical care.
The vet said I have femur fracture on my right front leg, near my shoulder. Because I am still under two pounds any surgery will be risky. After discussion with an experienced surgeon it is likely the pin won’t hold and amputation is the best option for me. Even doing that I need to gain some weight to help give me the best chance I make it through surgery. I’ll be given pain meds to keep the pain as low as possible.
The wonderful rescue that stepped up to help me is Cat Matchers. They are a small rescue and this is huge cost, but they said yes.
Any donation made for Rosie will go to her care for this surgery. If the amount raised exceeds the $2,000, the leftover will go to her vet visits and aftercare. If it exceeds that amount, (one can hope) it will go to helping other kitties who need medical care just like her.
If you would like to donate to Rosie’s care directly through Cat Matchers please go to our website or click the link below and put Rosie’s name in the notes.

Thank you for your continued support to help cats and kittens who need medical care and allowing us to never say no.
