Help Rudy Jaramillo's Family Overcome Financial Strain

My name is Rudy Jaramillo. Many people know me as the Administrator and founder of SoCal LEAPS News group. I started this group as a way to keep the public informed about local news in Southern California and to support all public safety personnel. Others know me from working many years at Coca Cola. In 2015 my Diabetes caused my vison to be lost in my right eye and I had to continue to receive shots in my left eye to keep from losing the rest of my vison. I ended up on long term disability though Coca Cola and have not been able to return to work since. In 2023 I colapped at home due to a very serious Sepsis infection. The bacteria spread through the blood and attached itself to the Aortic heart valve. The Aortic heart valve was damaged and I had to have it replaced. During the tests prior to my surgery I was also diagnosed with Intraheptic Cholangiocarcinoma (Rare liver duct cancer). Once my heart surgery was healed I was finally able to start Chemotherapy for my cancer. The doctor's said it was only on the right side and I could still survive on them removing only 40% but they had to wait until my sets of chemo was completed first. Finally my liver surgery day came and the doctor performed exploritory surgery first to verify the cancer had not spread to the other side of the liver. Just my bad luck, it had. Surgery was canceled and a stronger Chemo was ordered. This time they needed to implant a portocath in my chest to administer the new Chemo so back to surgery again. Started my new stronger Chemo which consisted of 4 hours at the treatment center and then I go home and they hook me up on another bag of Chemo for the next 46 hours. After multiple treatments I was told it wasn't working. Chemo treatment was canceled and the doctor ordered hospice. This has put a terrible strain on our finances. Not to mention my car was just totaled. My wife had to take out a $27,000 loan against her car to help pay off our credit cards that we used to pay our bills while I have been sick. My time with my family and friends are coming to an end. I'm hoping you can help my family with recovering from from this financial burden this has left them in and to help them pay for my funeral services. Thank you for all your support.
