Help Russell Brown's family celebrate his life

Russell Brown aka- Alex Peony suddenly is  gone-& all too soon.  11.29.81 -  10.09.21 Rest In Peace Good Friend~
With heavy hearts we announce Russell Browns passing. We are swept up in the sudden storm of grief as we  prepare to celebrate his life and say farewell together in his wake.  

Russell is survived by Becky Dorius  his mother, and father Cliff brown. 
Also his brothers and sisters Ryan, Jolie & Krisjon Brown,  Britini & Garet Hoyt,  and Falcon Parker. His step siblings Dana & Amy Brown,  Nicholotte & Orion Parker,  & Brandon, Scott & Julie Case. 

 Russell had the keenest eye & attention to detail. He took joy in life's small & simple moments. Russ adored animals (raccoonies!) but also spending extended amounts of time exploring & being in nature. He had a great respect for it & he knew self reliance there. Russell's own nature was complex, heart was true. 
He will be missed tremendously!

Russell  could seamlessly pilot a skateboard & make it look like a cakewalk, he was a good study,  a very funny guy,  & he  had a love for travel. Folks & friends that he'd met along the way were bound to enjoy good conversations, epic jokes, &  so many laughs.... he  always had a joke.  He knew how to hold space with the best of & the worst of us.  

We were all very proud of Russ when he joined the the US Navy where he worked as a helicopter mechanic / technician for 4 years.  He excelled in academia & was only a couple of hours away from achieving his B.F.A. at Humboldt State where he began to establish  himself as a studio & fine artist. He worked in paint with picture,  & clay in sculpture, & he was very much in love with photography.

Russ was inspired by comedy & honed his writing & skill by preforming standup at venues across the country. He was also pretty hilarious too. 
Knowing him was a truly remarkable thing.  He was a man with a  knack for subtlety & intention. He lived courageously as one does when following ones own truths, and grandest dreams. 

Russell we Love YOU FOREVER and miss you!
