Help Russell with Heart Surgery Expenses

We are starting this fundraiser for a co-worker, Russell Warrington who on the October 29th had bypass surgery done. He will be out of work for months on recovery, and we are raising money for him to soften the blow of his medical bills while he is unable to work.
