My name is Rosa Silva. I'm Ryan Silva's mother. He had an accident on March 11 and the paramedics took him to the hospital. After observation, they found out that he has kidney failure and acute liver failure. He was in the ICU at Emory for 3 weeks; they were able to stabilize him.

They have informed us he may need a kidney transplant later. He was released today to go home, but he will have to go 2-3 times a week for dialysis. I am asking for help to afford his treatment and bills, and prepare for a possible kidney transplant. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any médica insurance.
