Help Ryan's Struggle With Kidney Failure

Hi, my name is Ryan and I'm fundraising for myself and my family.

A little less than one year ago I was told I was in the beginning stages of kidney disease. Since then my kidney function began to decline rapidly and I have now found myself in kidney failure.

Loss of kidney function causes a buildup of fluid or body waste or electrolyte problems and causes me Nausea, Vomiting, Loss of appetite, Fatigue and weakness, Sleep problems, Urinating more or less, Decreased mental sharpness, Muscle cramps, Swelling of feet and ankles, Dry, itchy skin, High blood pressure (hypertension) that's difficult to control, Shortness of breath, and Chest pain.

I have started dialysis that requires me to be in the hospital for 5 hours at a time, 3-4 times a week. This has left me unable to work and provide for my family. I have applied for Ontario Disability but the process takes 4-6 months and I've already exhausted what little savings I had while waiting for the approval.

I have two young sons that are in desperate need of school essentials as well as the usual day to day expenses that go along with being a parent.
