Help Saad pay off rent and close the lawsuit

Hello everyone!
We are collecting this amount to help a respectable and innocent Pakistani family based in Saudi Arabia who needs around USD 8,000 to:
1- close the lawsuit filed by the landlord against the family that resulted in a travel ban
2- cover for groceries and medicines for chronic conditions
3- fees to reinstate their legal status after the case is closed, and
4- pay rent for the next few months to avert immediate displacement.
If the family fails to pay, their eldest son (age 31) who is also the only breadwinner of the family will be imprisoned despite being innocent. He was previously employed but has lost his job because of this case, and they don’t have any other source of income. They are extremely reluctant to ask for help from anyone because they have faith in Allah and they have a history of hard work and self-reliance. They got into this situation because of sudden turn of events during the past few years and Covid-induced problems.
