Help Saber, the Service Dog, Fight Parvovirus
Donation protected
Young Saber had just started his journey to becoming a Service Dog for his disabled veteran owner when something horrible happened - even being vaccinated, he contracted the horrible Parvovirus!
He is currently fighting for his life at VetMed Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Phoenix and the bills are adding up - already over $6000 and climbing. Today he is stable and has a 50/50 prognosis - but ONLY if we can keep the supportive hospitalization and care going for him. He needs to recover and return home to get back to aiding his human ASAP!
He is on IV fluids, IV medications, has a naso-gastric tube to start nutrition, 24hr round-the-clock nursing care, blood monitoring, and his own ICU kennel in hopes that he can be supported enough and his body can begin the healing process and he can get back home.
These amazing owners did EVERYTHING right - he had completed a full vaccination protocol as a younger pup and was current on all vaccinations, including Parvo, but somehow the vaccine has failed and he is now fighting to survive.
But he IS fighting.
And he needs our help.
My name is Julie Westphal and I am a friend of the family who is helping to organize this in their time of need. I own Trekking Dog Trainer and am also offering Dog Training Credit in the amount of the donation to whomever donates to his cause. Whether in-person or long-distance, I can help answer questions, have in-person and online programs, can help develop long-distance programs, as well as help you modify your pet's behavior. I love win-wins and I am guessing you do, too.
So, donate $100...get $100 Training Credit
Donate $50...get $50 Training Credit
To anyone who donates $500, I will also include a year of Phone Consultations.
