Help Safaa secure her children‘s lives after war

Hi, this is Pegah Ferydoni, actress and social activist from Berlin. I have a message for you from my wonderful artist friend Safaa, who had to escape war in Gaza with her family:
Hello, my name is Safaa Al Khatib.
I work as a passionate aesthetic photographer. I'm proud of my work, but the war destroyed more than the buildings. He destroyed our dreams and our future.
I am married to Muhammad Al-Thalateeni, who works as a photojournalist. He was seriously injured in the head while covering the events, which almost took his life.
I have two children, Wateen,7 years old and Naya, 4 years old .
Before the October 7 War, our lives were beautiful, but the outbreak of war turned our world upside down. The conflict destroyed our home and we had to flee from one place to another in search of safety, leaving everything behind, carrying only a few clothes on our backs.
My children have seen things that no child should have to endure. They heard the terrifying sounds of missiles and saw the bloodshed. We lived in constant fear. In addition, there was a shortage of clean water and food. They were suffering from gastroenteritis and there was not adequate medical care.
My children have lost their innocence and dreams for the future. Due to the destruction of schools and hospitals, they lost their right to education, hygiene and health care. My goal is my children's future where they live, study and sleep.
How will I use the money?
My goal is to provide my children with a safe life, nutrition and education. These are the minimum rights of the child.
Your donations will cover:
Any contribution, big or small, will help us rebuild our lives, and ensure Wateen and Naya have the childhood they deserve.
“Your support is not only financial, but it is a gesture of solidarity and humanity.”
