***Update*** Sage is scheduled for her pre-surgery appointment this Wednesday February 21st where she will get a confirmed date for her surgery! Dear friends, family, and fellow animal lovers,

I come to you with a heartfelt plea to support a furry family member who has brought immeasurable joy and companionship to my Nana's life. Meet Sage, a loyal and loving companion who has been by her side through thick and thin. Recently, Sage has been diagnosed with entropion, a painful condition where the eyelids roll inward, causing discomfort for Sage as well as potential blindness in the right eye.

As you can imagine, this has not only affected Sage's quality of life but has also taken a toll on my Nana, for whom this dog is not just a pet but a lifeline. When my grandfather passed away, my Nana was all alone. But now she has a companion to bring warmth and love back into her house again. In the lonely moments and quiet nights, this furry friend has been there, offering solace and love.

Now, Sage needs our help. The cost of the necessary surgery to correct entropion is beyond what my Nana can afford, and that's where we are reaching out for help.
