Help Sally Campion get the treatment she needs

Hi, My name is Sally and I am 32yrs old. I live on my own in the UK. I am diagnosed with Anorexia and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), along with other conditions. My current situation has become very serious and I need help with a re-feeding programme.  The National Healthcare Service (NHS) here in the UK has not been able to fund my treatment for the last 5yrs and continues not to be able to do so, due to the complexity of my disorders. The NHS does provide me with a Doctor who goes above and beyond, for which i'm very grateful.  This has meant I have had to fund, with the help of my parents, a private Psychotherapist, Joanna. She is incredible and also goes above and beyond. The past 6 months have seen a dramatic decline in my physical and mental capability due to the Anorexia as traumatic related events in my history have surfaced. The NHS have twice this year said 'Yes' to doing a controlled, hospitalized re-feeding programme that included a Nasal Gastric tube so the trauma was lessened and my body could receive the nutrition it needs fast. However both times, NHS have turned it down at the final stages because of my DID. Here in the UK it is still very much a disorder they have put no effort or research into. Therefore the system has nowhere that is appropriate or able to take my case. Being told by my healthcare system that "it's easier to let her die than it is to treat her" has been an awful feeling and we are in an active complaints procedure however this isn't expected to bring any resources or changes to the decisions made.  This has left me in the position, along with my Dr and Joanna where we are going to have to do this orally. This is going to mean an increase in how often I see Joanna in order for her to help me consume full spectrum prescribed nutritional shakes. I've been managing just 5mls which is 8 calories each session so far and this needs increasing as quickly, but also as safely as possible, given the addition of the DID. I have been seeing Joanna 2-3 times a week for 5yrs at the cost of over £25,000 to my family. With this new re-feeding programme I would need see her every weekday for a period of several weeks, at least 4 but more likely 6-8, to build up my intake safely. With this new re-feeding programme I would see her every weekday to build up my intake safely. What I receive in benefits from our government doesn't cover my living costs, let alone therapy. So my parents have been funding Joanna and my car so I can get there. My parents are now retired and the plan of an added 2 sessions per week is a huge financial strain and something as a family we simply cannot fund long term. My therapy with Joanna will continue after the burst of intense 5x per week at the usual 3x per week for the next 3-5yrs which is another approximately £25,000. Any donations would be put directly toward funding Joanna's costs and therefore helping me get the best I can here. I pay £40 per session, which is already a reduced rate, so 5 days a week would equate to £200 per week. This is not going to be easy and there are no surefire guarantees I can say, however what I can say is that this would give me a chance to receive as much care as possible at this critical point. This would be with the sincere hope that, between Joanna, my Dr and myself, we can turn my situation around.   Please share and if you can give, anything will be greatly appreciated and help and give me a fighting chance to live.  My life has been extremely tough, if you are unsure of what DID is, please Google it, I cannot reveal my history with you, but please know that although I have had some great times, 99% of my life so far has been unbearable. What I went through as a child was so much my brain had to split in order to survive. But you can only imagine the sheer magnitude and effect it has played on my life and continues to now. The dreams I once was able to still see, I can no longer, but maybe there is still a possibility this can be changed and a little piece of glitter can be put in a jar for me to hold (metaphorically speaking) and I can continue to fight. *Please note, if you are donating in a different currency, GoFundMe converts it to £'s on the world rates at the time, and on every transaction GoFundMe takes a 2.5% fee so it's minimal. GoFundMe is able for all countries to donate (just choose your currency) and I don't lose out on much through fee's like some other fundraising sites.
