Help Sally's Family Start Over After the Tragedy in Lebanon

Donation protected
Sally, a married mother of a 3-year-old child, is facing a heartbreaking and overwhelming situation.

Her Lebanese family has been brutally hit by the devastating effects of war.

In a barbaric attack, Sally's father, Ali el Hajj Ali, a peaceful family man living in Beirut, tragically lost his life.

The attack occurred in their home—what should have been a safe haven—leaving the family shattered and destitute.

Sally's mother, sister, and brother not only lost their beloved father but also their family home and a large portion of their savings.

Her mother and sister have fled to Istanbul, where they are now struggling with an uncertain future.

With no fixed home and only 90 days to remain in Turkey, they are in desperate need of immediate help to cover essential travel expenses, food, and accommodation while searching for a more stable solution.

Meanwhile, Sally's brother remains in Beirut, confronting the destruction of their home and the unbearable grief of losing their father without even the opportunity for a proper funeral.

However, he too will soon be forced to leave and join the rest of the family in Turkey, as their situation becomes increasingly untenable.

Sally is trying to care for her young child amidst this chaos, but she lacks the means to cope with these multiple tragedies on her own.

The family urgently needs assistance to rebuild their lives and cope with the profound loss they have suffered.

They need support to rebuild their lives while trying to cope with the devastating loss.

Where your support is going:

To cover living expenses and food in Turkey (for the mum, sister and brother) for the next 90 days.

To reimburse some of the expenses already incurred, this money will really be needed for the future and to help the family to travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in hope of reunification with the the rest of their extended family . They hope of rebuilding their future and finding jobs and stability.
