For Sam Voth
Sam Voth was in Las Vegas at a national pool tournament, and on the day he was suppose to come home, he suffered 3 serious seizures. The second seizure he fell to the ground and with that fall, he suffered 3 brain bleeds. After his 3rd seizure he had to be intubated for 48 hours, while they stabilized him. They haven't completely diagnosed the cause for the seizures, as for now we have found critical dehydration, along with some other issues.
He is now awake and recovering slowly, he is still in the ICU in hopes to be transferred to a different more comfortable room. He will for sure be in the hospital for the next week, while he continues to heal.
I am reaching out, because I am back home, while my Dad and Mom flew out immediately to Las Vegas to be with Sam. With the unexpected expenses of lodging and rental car, flights, and soon to be unpaid time off of work and all of Sam's medical bills that will unfortunately start pouring in, our family's world has been flipped upside down. Many people have asked how they can help and I couldn't think of any other option to help my family while I can't be out there with them in Las Vegas.
