Help Samah and Ammar Find Safety in Egypt
Donation protected
I’m here raising funds for my friend Samah whose son Ammar was born three months ago in Gaza. The site of an aggression that has persisted since October 7th 2023.
Ammar was born in very severe conditions where things like food and water are scarce, but things like clothing, medicine, shelter, and treatment are even scarcer resources. It’s tough to persist in these times, but they continue nonetheless. They are asking that you lend them your kindness in these difficult times and help them as they continue to support them on their journey to seek refuge in Egypt.
It may take awhile before a bright sunny morning in Egypt is possible for them, but if enough of us band together and contribute, Ammar will be on his way to receiving the care he needs. My friend Samah can pay for the food, clothing, and medicine that Ammar will need in the meantime and still have enough to make it somewhere safe, where her and her family can start again.
Ammar’s conditions include torn ligaments and a weak heart, things that can be treated in full when their family is safe. And you can help them get there. No matter how big or small your contribution you can make a difference in the lives of others.
The family would like to thank you for your kindness and generosity ahead of time, and wants each of you to know that you do this with the spirit of humanity in your hearts. With the willingness to help your fellow human beings, with a connectedness that tells us all we are not alone in our struggles and that we can rely on each other.
