Help Samantha keep her car & finish school

Hi, everyone! I'm running this gofundme on behalf of my girlfriend Samantha, who is struggling financially right now. In October 2022, Samantha left her job in retail pharmacy after 17 years; for many years her job was causing immense mental strain on her and then having to be a "front line worker" during the pandemic made all of it so much worse. Leaving that job has been the single greatest thing she's ever done for her mental health. However, it means her financial situation has become more precarious. When she left her job she cashed out her 401k and was able to live on that several months. During that time, Samantha decided to utilize a program for people who want to go back to college; she is currently in her second semester pursuing a career in tech, which is a lifelong passion of hers. While the program helps cover her tuition, it does not provide a living stipend. She has taken out loans each semester so far to live off of but it is not enough and because her program is through a community college she doesn't qualify for private loans. And on top of all of this her EBT was cut off this month and we aren't sure if/when it will be reinstated.

Sam is in the process of both applying for jobs that she can work while going to school full-time and looking into programs/resources for low-income students. But as it stands now, the amount of student loans she's gotten will not last until late January, which is the next time her loan money will disperse. So, I am creating this gofundme to help us keep our heads above water. I'm hoping to raise 7k to tide her over until February.

Donations will go towards:

*Catching up on late car payments, payments for the next two months, and car insurance. Being able to catch up and stay current on her car payments means that she won't have to spend a massive chunk of her loans as soon as she gets them in January

*Rent, internet, and phone bill for at least December and January

*Incidentals, toiletries, and groceries
