Help Sammy with his fight for Abigail and Sam!

Hi. My name is Samuel Ruiz and I desperately need your help. I am in the fight of my life to bring my two children from a previous relationship back to Florida where they have spent their entire life growing up after their mother took them to SC illegally without the consent from myself or the courts in every effort the alienate them from me.
I am running out of time, this is a EXTREMELY TIME SENSITIVE MATTER. I need to make a $5,000 payment to my lawyer by 5/8/23 or he won’t respond to an response that he needs to be responded to for my appeal case.
We are a family of 10 being drowned in lawyer expenses that keep growing and barely staying above water. I have paid 51k in lawyer fees since March of 2021 to to be able to get my kids back to Florida in order to have a consistent relationship with them after their mother took them vindictively and maliciously to another state where they know no one and have no family there. I’m not trying to take my kids from their mother I just want to be able to exercise my parenting time with them, be their father and raise them. I cannot do that from 400 miles away.
After a verbal disagreement between my children’s mom and I in 2018, she obstructed and cut off all communication and contact with my children. From then until 2021 I exhausted every avenue to locate and communicate with my babies at the disdain of their mother. Finally, after hiring a private investigator to assist, I located them and initiated the process of establishing shared custody. Within a few months of locating them their mother uprooted her entire family and relocated my babies to another state to prevent me having access to them yet again. This time, her attempt was unsuccessful. After years of no visual, physical, or oral contact and going back and forth to court we eventually made it to trial. One day before my birthday, 11/29/2022 the court ruled in my favor allowing joint custody, with immediate visitation and communication rights and ordered for the children to return to Orlando, FL by March of 2023.
I saw my children without obstruction for the first time on 12/24/22 and 12/25/2022. It was without a doubt the best day of my life. The moment I hugged my son and daughter made all the financial, mental, and emotional strain over the last four years worth it. I dreamt, cried, and prayed for that day for so many years.
Unfortunately, that joy was short lived as I’ve now learned my children’s mother has filed for a retrial in attempt to reverse the judges ruling. She asked for a retrial and someone they judge granted it. I had for different lawyers review it and they all said the same thing. She has no legal basis to be granted a retrial you can’t just have a retrial because you don’t like the outcome. The judge had to have made some type of error. No error was made he follow the laws and applied them accordingly. So I was forced to hire an appellate lawyer. The judge ordered her to return the children to florida sighing 90 days. They were supposed to be back in FL by 3/21/23. They still aren’t back. She is following the courts order. So I have to keep fighting, for them and for what’s right!
I need assistance with attorney fees to help fight the retrial filed by my children’s mother. However, lawyer fees are mounting up quickly. I have 2 lawyers, a family law lawyer who is helping me fight at the trial lawyer and a appellate lawyer helping me with my appeal case who is appealing the judges decision granting a retrial.Any support you can give by way of monetary donation will assist me in this fight for my paternal rights and bring my kids home to Florida where they belong and want to be . No amount is too small. Every dollar is appreciated.
Again, I just want a fair opportunity to be a father to all of my children. They deserve that and so do I. My babies are my entire world and I intend to fight with everything I have to be in their life.
Thank you in advance for your support. May God bless you for your generosity.
Peace. Love. Respect.
