Help Samson, UCF retired K9 Get Urgent Care

We come to you with a heartfelt plea for assistance for our cherished K9 hero, Samson. Samson is a retired K9 Belgian Malinois who served valiantly with the UCF Police Department for nearly a decade. He was the brave soul who fearlessly entered the chaotic scene of the Pulse Night Club shooting in Orlando, protecting and serving without hesitation.

Now, after years of devoted service, Samson has fallen ill and requires urgent medical attention. As a retired K9 officer, Samson has dedicated his life to safeguarding our community, and it is now our duty to come together and support him in his time of need.

The medical treatment recommended for Samson is costly, and unfortunately, it exceeds what we can afford on our own. The veterinarians have identified a serious medical condition that demands immediate care and intervention and continues treatment.
