Help Samson Walk Again: A Journey of Hope and Recovery
Donation protected
Our sweet boy Samson (Sammy) has faced more than his fair share of challenges over the past year and a half. After being diagnosed with diabetes, pancreatitis, and intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), Sammy underwent spinal surgery to try to regain mobility. Unfortunately, despite his incredible resilience, he is now paralyzed in his back legs once again. An MRI revealed that he has ruptured the same spinal disc on the opposite side, something his surgeon says he’s never seen before in his entire career.
Sammy is only 6 years old, and he still has so much life to live. Despite his diabetes and the twice-daily insulin injections he requires, Sammy remains his happy, playful self. His biggest joy is going for walks in the park, and we want to help him get back to doing what he loves most.
We refuse to give up on our brave little fighter. With a critical surgery, Sammy has the chance to learn to walk again. However, this road to recovery will be long, expensive, and challenging. We’re asking for your help to give Sammy the chance he deserves to regain his mobility and live the active life he’s always loved.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help cover the costs of surgery and his ongoing care. We are incredibly grateful for any support you can offer. Sammy has always brought so much joy into our lives, and with your help, we can give him the chance to do the same for many more years to come.
Thank you for being part of our journey. Sammy’s strength and love have kept us going through this tough time, and we’re hopeful that with your support, he’ll be able to walk again.
