Help Samuel Save Tina: Urgent Vet Funds Needed

This is a plea from a friend of Samuel's to help a dog who needs our help. A dog, whom Samuel named Tina, which he found on the side of the road with both legs broken and a bone sticking out. Samuel lives in Uganda and because of the love a dog in a very hard time of his life, he has dedicated his life to saving as many as he can. But he needs your help to do so. The vet graciously agreed to do Tina's operation, for she was in a lot of pain, but we need to pay him quickly for his help and kindness toward Tina so the vet will be willing in the future to help others in similar circumstances as Tina.
