sandile’s debut LP!

Hi there!!!

I’m sandile (they/them), a Brooklyn-based queer Zimbabwean musician. I’ve been singing as long as I can remember, writing songs since I got my first guitar in 5th grade, and playing shows around Brooklyn, Queens, and the LES with my 4-piece rock band since 2022.

In early 2023, we released our first single, “stay so long”. Since then, we’ve been honing our sound in preparation to record our debut album! In early February 2024, we’ll be recording 10 tracks with Sasha Stroud at Artifact Audio, including “america’s boyfriend”, “spider”, “no hurt”, and others :)
