Help Sandoval Family after Natural Disaster

Hi everyone, I’m trying to help the Sandoval family after a tree crashed through their home in Lake Panasoffkee, FL this last weekend. Jodi and Wayne have worked so hard to get this home fixed up, only to have disaster strike at the worst time imaginable!
When our home burned to the ground, Jodi and Wayne were the first to help by making phone calls, creating a GoFundMe and helping us make arrangements. This family would literally give you the shirts off their backs, now it’s time for us to help them!
Jodi described what happened below:
July 30th was no ordinary day. Our family was enjoying time together in the living room listening to the sound and fury of an incredible thunderstorm. You could hear the strikes getting closer and closer, then suddenly, there was an incredible crash. Our whole mobile home shook. All five of us immediately jumped to our feet. We scrambled to find out what had happened. My husband opened the master bedroom door to find tree branches where the bathroom was supposed to be. The neighbor’s large tree had been hit by lightning, broke in half and landed on top of our home. The entire end of the home needs to be replaced. The home insurance situation in Florida is rough and we we were never able to find a company to cover us, so the repair will have to be out of pocket. We are in a situation where everything we have has been poured into fixing up this home. We do not have anything extra to make the home secure enough to survive this rainy hurricane season. Any help we receive is greatly appreciated. I would like to add that we are very thankful to our wonderful Lake Panasoffkee neighbors who, in the remnants of the storm, came and pulled the tree off our home and helped us cover the house with a tarp. And those who brought our family dinner when our nerves were shot and couldn’t take care of it ourselves. We are also thankful for our family that took the time to come help us haul the tree pieces away the next day. Where would we be without all of them?
