Help Sandra & Nick: Home destroyed by Fire

Hi there family, friends and community of Sandra Dupree and her son Nick,

 

Shocking news: Sandra's rental home was consumed by fire on the night of November 22. Roof partially collapsed on Sandra. She was treated for burns but released from the hospital. Otherwise, luckily, she, Nick and their beloved cat are safe. Their cars are ok. But all of Sandra's business - her reference books, materials, etc. were lost, and a large portion of the rest of their belongings. They had no renter's insurance to cover their lost belongings.

 

Sandra and Nick are temporarily in a hotel, and need to sift through the debris to save anything valuable that was spared. They have received some funds from Red Cross and some early donations from loved ones, but as you can imagine, living in a hotel room and eating out during this transition period is expensive.

Sandra: Size 20-22 Women's but 2-3 x tops (because of burns); shoes 10.5-11
