Hi, my name is Ashley Mitchell, and I am reaching out on behalf of my sister, Sandra Roden, and her husband, Ray. Last night, their world was turned upside down when an unexpected house fire destroyed their home and everything they owned. Tragically, they also lost 11 of their beloved pups in the fire—an unimaginable heartbreak for two people who dedicate their lives to helping animals in need.

Sandy and Ray’s farm was more than just a home; it was a sanctuary for animals. They have lovingly cared for horses, ducks, chickens, and other animals, many of which they rescued. They have always been the type of people who open their hearts and home to others, whether human or animal. Now, they’re the ones in need of support.

With no homeowner’s insurance to fall back on, they are facing an uphill battle to rebuild their lives. They need immediate help finding shelter for their surviving animals and funds to begin the long recovery process.
