 This is our dog Sandy. We rescued Sandy from a shelter in East Tennessee. Sandy spent her first two years of her life in a shelter because for some reason nobody wanted her. Sandy is a great dog and my daughter Alex loves her. We just got her in October and already in November… She’s been diagnosed with a bad case of Heart-worms. I was given 2 treatment options, 1st option was to do a heart-worm regimen over 7 years and the 2nd option was to do a short term heartworm treatment so she would be heartworm free after three months. But the cost is really pricey. Sandy takes care and protects my wife and my daughter while I’m away for work, she is a great friend to my daughter who is a toddler. Please help with a generous donation. We have a very small goal to reach of $1131.
