Help Sarah and her family escape war

My name is Samar Islam. This fundraiser is for a friend who needs to get out of the warzone.
Their Story:
My name is Maryam Abdullah Al-Nahal (Sarah), and I am 16 years old. I once lived in the heart of Gaza City, a place I called home, filled with the joy of my family, school, and dreams. But that life no longer exists. For the past 11 months, my family and I have been displaced by the devastating war that has turned our world upside down. We have lost everything—our home, our sense of safety, my education, and the future I once dreamed of.
I used to go to school every day, eager to learn and to build a future where I could contribute to my community. But now, I spend my days in fear, uncertainty, and despair. My family and I are living in unbearable conditions—there's no safe place left for us. Every moment is filled with the fear of losing another loved one. The Gaza I once knew is now unrecognizable. What remains is destruction, pain, and endless suffering.
My family consists of my brother Fawzi, who is 19 years old and has shouldered more responsibility than someone his age should ever have to. My mother, Ahmed Odeh Al-Nahal, is 57 years old, and she carries the weight of seeing her children suffer daily. My father, Abdullah Abdul Karim Al-Nahal, is 64 years old. He worked hard all his life to provide for us, but now he is helpless, watching the world he built for his family crumble. My eldest brother, Mahmoud Abdullah Al-Nahal, is 25 years old. We are all trying to survive, but every day feels like a battle we’re losing.
We are trapped in Gaza, where there is no escape from the violence. We cannot rebuild our lives here. We cannot find peace. My dreams of becoming something, of giving back to my community, have been shattered. I am only 16, but I have seen more destruction and loss than anyone should in a lifetime.
I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart, hoping for your help. We desperately need to leave Gaza and find safety. I want to continue my education, to rebuild the dreams I had, and to live without fear. But we cannot do this alone. We need help to escape this cycle of violence and devastation. We need your support to find a safe place where we can begin to heal and rebuild our lives.
This fundraiser is not just about saving our lives; it's about giving us the chance to hope again. Your generosity could help us escape the injustice and genocide that surrounds us. It could give my family the chance to live with dignity, to find peace, and to hope for a better future.
Please, help us get out of Gaza. Help us find safety, hope, and a future. Your support means everything to us.
Thank you.
This heartfelt message highlights the dire situation of Maryam and her family, aiming to evoke empathy and motivate people to contribute to their escape from Gaza's tragedy.
