HELP SARAH B @ Tattooed Heart Animal Sanctuary
Tax deductible
Hi friends, join me in making a difference by supporting a good cause! I'm raising money for Sarah B @ Tattooed Heart Animal Sanctuary and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
Sarah B. showed up after Hurricane Beryl made her way across Huntsville. She has been hanging around for awhile. We took her last week for an exam and found out she was microchipped (this is how we knew her name), so we gave her family a week to get back to us. They were called several times by the vet's office, and messages were left hoping to get her to her rightful owners. At this point, we have to believe she was purposely abandoned. Now it is time to get her a full health exam, vaccinations, spayed, and possibly a dental. We hope to find her a loving home, but if not, Sarah B will become a Sanctuary resident. We will have to build her an outdoor enclosure so she will have a nice, large area for when she can play when she cannot be supervised indoors. We were not looking for a dog, and we lost our fencing and what dog kennels we had during the storms here. Once again, we are a parrot sanctuary, not a dog rescue, but we feel Sarah B sought us out for a reason, and we will make sure she is well cared for now. (We are a small nonprofit sanctuary for parrots, and we are just hoping to raise enough money to cover her vetting expenses, and a little of what it will cost to build her a nice, large kennel area. This is our only way to continue to help animals in need.) Thank you
