Help Sarah Save her van

Hello my name is Sarah and I am raising money to pay off a title loan I was into conned getting by someone I thought was a friend who said she needed the money and that she would pay the monthly payments. Well she has now refused and I am stuck with the payments. I am hoping there are kind people that can help me. I cant lose my only income source.
I plan on paying it off with my tax refund next month but if I don’t pay this month they are coming for my van.
